Service Proposal

RDI is a wireless communication consultant for Wireless users. We handle accounts as large as 1000 lines or as small as 10 lines. We do not work for or make money from the Carriers. We are a customer of the Carriers. The following represents a complete menu of services that are covered under our consulting hat:

CONSULTING SERVICE

  • MONITORING SALES AND SERVICE ON THE ACCOUNT - All new activations, upgrades and the cost of those services, and rate plan changes are monitored monthly on the billing account.

  • AUDITING THE MONTHLY BILLING – The monthly bill from the carrier will be mailed to RDI. Each month a complete overview of the account, based from the monthly carrier billing, will be performed. All incorrect charges will be credited back to the account. All rate plans, contract dates and usage will be monitored and provided to the Company on a spreadsheet along with the carrier bill.

  • EQUIPMENT AND REPAIRS – All repairs for equipment will be handled through RDI. A choice of different repair options will be offered and RDI will handle all details from that point forward. Any and all equipment needed for upgrades or new activations will be handled by RDI. We will monitor the cost, delivery and operation of the equipment. RDI handles all accessories with Motorola, Nokia, Samsung and many other name brand products. There is a one year warranty on all accessories against manufacture defects. No waiting for the replacement from the manufacture, RDI will replace the product immediately and deal with the manufacture direct.

  • SERVICE – RDI will handle all service issues. From voice mail resets to car kit trouble, we will find a solution to eliminate the problem immediately.

  • EMPLOYEE TIME – No longer will your employees have to mull over a bill they can not and do not understand. Many employees earning 30k annually are spending countless hours checking large wireless bills, waiting on the phone for customer service to help make changes or correct incorrect charges and tracking credits from previous month’s bills. This process is time consuming and not part of the job description for the employee, thereby frustrating the employee, which causes low productivity.

Our 15 plus years experience, allows us to understand the wireless market and the ins and outs of each carrier. We understand contracts, rates, equipment, and most of all the end user. SERVICES – RDI OFFERS A VARIETY OF SERVICES:

MEMBERSHIP

  • RDI has obtained corporate accounts with Verizon Wireless and Cingular Wireless. We offer our customers a 12 to 15 % access concession monthly. We operate this portion of the business through a Membership. This umbrella allows the end user to transfer into RDI or activate new service. If you transfer in, it does not extend your contract or affect the current contract. By way of this Membership, you are offered, discounted rates and equipment directly from the carrier and handled directly through RDI. You will receive your monthly wireless bill directly from the carrier.

  • Membership cost – One $50.00 Annual Membership Fee and $50.00 User fee for every phone under the Membership.

ALL OTHER SERVICES

  • RDI carries a full line of Cellular Accessories – Motorola, Sony, Nokia, Kyocera, Samsung, LG, and much more! All accessories are guaranteed against manufacturer defects. No waiting around for a replacement from the manufacture, we will replace the product and send you on your way!

  • RDI offers paging on the Arch Wireless and the Weblink Wireless Systems. We offer Local, State and Nationwide service. All equipment sold at owners cost! No activation fees! We have the largest coverage area for the least cost!

  • Consulting – Nextel, Verizon, Cingular, AT&T and T-Mobil! No matter who your carrier is, we can fix your billing issues and monitor monthly charges! $45.00 - $65.00 per hour.
